Brownies
Ingredients
1 cup (230g) unsalted butter (melted)
2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
3/4 cup (75g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Optional: 1 cup chocolate chunks or nuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
Fold in chocolate chunks or nuts.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting.
