Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup (240ml) sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For Streusel:
- 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
- Mix streusel ingredients and set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients and alternately add with sour cream.
- Spread half the batter in the pan, sprinkle with half the streusel, and repeat.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes.
