Banana Bread
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
Mix butter and sugar in another bowl. Stir in eggs, vanilla, and bananas.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before removing.
